Refund policy
1. Cancellation Period
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right to cancel without having to provide a reason or incur any costs other than those associated with returning the products.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, complete, and in perfect condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and any instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact our customer service at serviceclients@mavilleendiamant.fr to obtain a return number before sending the product back.
3. Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team via email at serviceclients@mavilleendiamant.fr to notify us of your intention to return the product.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

4. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the full order amount (including the original shipping costs). The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt. We will then offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
